Noel Heard, J.D.

Noel Arzu has always been known as a quirky, fun-loving, beach girl looking to make a difference in the world. Noel focused on arts & entertainment in her early career and gained a deeper fascination in digital media & technology later on. She found that these individual fields complemented each other in surprising, and what has turned out to be inseparable ways. Technology was changing the arts and vice versa. This made her eager to cultivate her own consulting firm, one that would effectively intersect her expertise with her respective interests. She believes that what makes a client successful and what causes a creative business to thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets her apart.

From working as a legal intern at the prestigious True Religion Brand Jeans, Inc. to opening her own consulting firm, Noel has worked with arts & entertainment clients large and small. She has a passion in all things related to fashion's corporate side, whether that’s securing a trademark for a logo design or helping guide clients to an attorney familiar with federal textile laws. Additionally, advising in this era of the internet boom, Noel has hands-on experience with how technology affects the creative industry. She focuses on the various facets of the market that revolve around digital media and technology, whether that’s securing trademarks for wearable tech or negotiating distribution/marketing agreements.  Staying ahead of the market's frequent changes is Noel's sixth sense.

While in law school, Noel received CALI awards for academic excellence in International Business Law and Mediation.  She was also the recipient of the Jefferson Award for her academic achievements.  She consistently receives stellar commendations from clients and continues to provide the same dedication to each one.

Ralph E. Harrison, II., Esq.

Ralph E. Harrison, II., Esq., maintained a primary practice focus on Business Litigation, Real Estate and Criminal Defense.  He also works with clients in the areas of public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and complying with reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.    

Mr. Harrison represents franchises and start-up companies in various complex business transactional projects, including business formation, negotiations, entertainment transactions and drafting agreements.  Mr. Harrison's work entails helping clients wade through the myriad of legal issues they confront when purchasing businesses and making business decisions.  Mr. Harrison has advised clients in matters spanning the business spectrum including financing multiple projects.

Mr. Harrison's practice is not limited to business and banking law.  Mr. Harrison is also an adept litigator who handles a gamut of matters involving business tort, white-collar crimes, real estate law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.  Additionally, Mr. Harrison was also a member of the litigation team who successfully represented Mayor Omar Bradley in his election law trial against the City of Compton.

As a collegiate orator, Mr. Harrison speaks at numerous educational institutions, ceremonies, national organization and association events throughout the country.  Mr. Harrison has also appeared on a sundry of shows: CNN's Connie Chung Tonight, CNN's American Morning with Paula Zahn, The Today Show with Matt Lauer, The CBS Early Morning Show, MSNBC, ABC NEWS Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer , and a number of radio broadcasts.

Mr. Harrison is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his L.L.M., in Securities and Financial Regulations.  He also interned for the Securities & Exchange Commission in the Mergers and Acquisitions department.  He earned a J.D., cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, and holds a B.A., from Long Beach State University in Long Beach, California.  Mr. Harrison is a member of the California State Bar.
